Terms of Service

The Wikend Project builds and operates AI voice agents, AI chatbots, and landing pages for big to small businesses in Canada and the United States. We set them up, train them on your business, and keep them running.

All our services are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, for any reason, with no penalty. We don't believe in trapping people. If we're not delivering value, you should leave.

To set up your AI tools, we need accurate information about your business — your hours, services, pricing, and any other details that help your AI sound like you. You're responsible for making sure this information is correct and up to date.

We aim to get you up and running within 48 hours of our kickoff call. Your AI tools will be available 24/7. While we strive for 100% uptime, occasional maintenance or third-party outages may cause brief interruptions. We'll always let you know in advance when possible.

You own your business data. Customer information that your AI collects (appointment bookings, messages, call logs) belongs to you. If you cancel, we'll export your data and delete our copies within 30 days.

The AI models, code, website designs, and technology we build remain our intellectual property. You get a license to use them as long as you're a client. The content we write specifically for your business (your AI's scripts, your landing page copy) is yours to keep.

Don't use our services for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful. Don't use our AI tools to spam people, impersonate others, or collect information you're not entitled to. We reserve the right to terminate service if you do.

We do our best to make sure your AI tools work perfectly. But we can't guarantee that every single call will be answered flawlessly or that every chatbot response will be perfect. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the last month. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or missed opportunities.

Pricing is discussed during your consultation call. We'll always tell you what it costs before you commit. No hidden fees. No surprise charges. Payment is due monthly.

Either of us can end the relationship at any time. If you cancel, your service runs until the end of your current billing period. If we need to terminate for acceptable use violations, we may do so immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top and, for major changes, we'll notify you directly.
